KAMBIZIO offers a 37% wholesale discount on all eligible products. This margin reflects the sculptural, hand‑crafted nature of each piece and ensures sustainable production quality.

Minimum Order

• Minimum order value: €2,000

• Minimum quantity: 6 pieces (mixed categories allowed)

Payment Terms

• 50% deposit required at order confirmation

• 50% balance due before shipment

• Payments accepted via bank transfer or secure online invoice

Production & Lead Time

• Standard production time: 4–6 weeks

• Larger orders: 6–10 weeks

• Rush production available upon request (additional fee)

Shipping

• Worldwide shipping available

• Shipping cost billed to retailer

• Tracking provided upon dispatch

• Import duties are the responsibility of the retailer

Returns & Exchanges

• All wholesale orders are final

• Exchanges only accepted for manufacturing defects reported within 7 days of delivery

• Defective items will be repaired or replaced

Exclusivity

• Geographic exclusivity available for retailers who meet annual order minimums

• Exclusivity is evaluated case‑by‑case based on region and brand alignment

Pricing Integrity

Retailers agree to:

• Sell at or above KAMBIZIO’s suggested retail price

• Avoid unauthorized discounting

• Maintain brand presentation standards

Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, and sculptural elements remain the exclusive property of KAMBIZIO. Retailers may use provided images and descriptions for marketing but may not alter them.
