Minimum Order

· Minimum quantity: 7 pieces (mixed categories allowed)

Payment Terms

· 50% deposit required at order confirmation

· 50% balance due before shipment

· Payments accepted via bank transfer or secure online invoice

Production & Lead Time

· Standard production time: 4–6 weeks

· Larger orders: 6–10 weeks

· Rush production available upon request (additional fee)

Shipping

· Worldwide shipping available

· Tracking provided upon dispatch

· Import duties are the responsibility of the retailer

Returns & Exchanges

· All wholesale orders are final

· Exchanges only accepted for manufacturing defects reported within 7 days of delivery
